  I called this vender in hopes of finding out some more information about availability and ability to order there products in my market. I have been looking online for specific types of furniture and I found a piece of theirs that I really like. I spoke to a vender they have listed on their website and they mentioned that dealing with VIG can be difficult and take a long time to get. That being said, I went ahead and called them direct to find out some more information. I understand that I am not a retailer selling their furniture however I was met with rudeness over the phone. I had simple questions like, is this a product that is stock or available in our markets. Anyways, best of luck to anyone who wants their furniture outside of their two metro markets.

  Beware of VIG Furniture. Their products are grade B, where the furniture's colors do not match with the actual published pictures and not even among different pieces of furniture of the same set. Worse yet, they would not accept return or exchange their defective products, because they did not have physical damages such as no breakage or scratches.
